You may or may not remember that I was hired and supposed to start a new job the Monday after Mark died. Well obviously I didn't start. The General Manager has been absolutely wonderful and kept in touch through the summer, letting me know that he is still interested in having me on the sales team when I'm ready to return. He and I spoke today about my start and he's since hired a new Sales Manager. I will be meeting w/ this gentleman (Pete) at 11 Thursday, more of a formality, but necessary none the less since I will be working for him. Chuck didn't sound worried at all, said he wants Pete to have final say w/ personalities and expectations since it's his sales team, I completely understand and should not be worried, but there are some butterflies in my stomach. |

As of now I start Sept 11th, he's fully understanding of my situation~David starts school on the 6th, I told him that if he wants me to start earlier, just say the word and I'll be there. I leave on Sept 18th for a business trip with the entire Sales Team to Albuquerque NM, return the 20th late and will be off the 21st through 25th for Taras wedding....he didn't even blink about it Thank you ALL for your prayers and support! |

I was supposed to start there June 26th, since that time, the Sales Manager has promoted out, the Sales person that started at the same time I would have is on track to make $50K right now (base is $26 + commission and Bonus) and he's trying out a new position...the COmpany is BURSTING out of it's seams here, there will only be 2 Inside Sales Reps~myself and him AND we're only working the Portland metro area right now, our territory is ALL of Oregon and Washington (except Seattle and Bellevue)!! HUGE GROWTH!! |
