Spring Is Here!!! | Kids in Mark's Mission Group Prayers for the kids who witnessed the tragic events of yesterday. Prayers for them to yell/scream/cry/be angry, etc. and let their emotions out. Pray that they never forget the example before them that Mark set, of his witness and his testimony. Of the love he had for the Lord. And that they continue on as Mark would have wanted, and become outstanding young citzens with a big heart. Prayers for the pastors, and counselors who in the days to come will be conseling them, and consoling them, and comforting them. Prayers for a safe trip home. That they celebrate his life and remember he is up in Heaven with Jesus. ers Christine |

I have been on many church youth group choir tours when I was in High School. The trips are so powerful in so many ways, you always come home changed, touched, and on such a spiritual "high". To have something so devastating is life changing to these young kids. This isn't just an adult in their lives, this is a spirtual Father, someone they want to be like, imulate. For many of them this will be the first "close" death they will deal with. And they will feel this and be touched by this forever. The goodness of Mark and the sadness and questions of his death. to each child effected by this ~K~ |
