For an Adult, it's simple. Reconnecting with friends from the past. Networking to gain employment, Building business contacts, finding a partner.
The latest trend however, scares me. I am seeing MY FRIENDS post on Facebook about their KIDS being on Facebook. By KIDS I refer to children UNDER the age of 16, some even as young as 11! What the heck is this about? WHY does a child need a Facebook account? Mine doesn't even have a MySpace account.
I really want to understand this, so PLEASE enlighten me here...comment away!
